Move conditional moves from type category 12 to 0; most of category 15 to 14 (FP with MemSrc possible but not MemDest).

SSA renumber local names; local def-use chains; emit local dead registers annotations using Sudeep's EFLAGS arrays.

Add displ tag to stack pointer offset annotations to avoid ambiguity in case the same constant offset appears twice in an instruction.

Add SMPFunction::FindAllocPoint method to find end of stack frame allocation when it is done by pushes, e.g. in strpbrk().

Redefine stack regions from IDA perspective to ours by getting all callee-saved regs out of the locals area; move emission of annotations to SMPInstr class.
