Exe nonces with coloring, compatible with non-exe nonces being colored, all with 1, 2, 4, 8 byte nonce size options

unified how base ids are printed across many modules.  fixed cfi failure where plt is used for in-module IB xfers

removed extraneous debug output from script, fixed nonce plugin to slow-path correctly.  were previously missing on some slow path insns in shared libraries.

fix for exe_nonce so that calls always have a nop after because the nonce_plugin insists on plopping the call.  cfi step no longer adds the nop.
