minor tweaks in an attempt to fix an intermittent failure -- adjusted iteration in the source and did cleanup to ensure tempdir doesn't exist before testing

fixed pedi-installer to have proper dependencies and install both places, instead of just one.  fixed naming of output file for non-relocs.zpi

set exe permission on test scripts, fixed bug where some binaries don't use versioning, and updated nightly tests to use more archs for cfi
