Draft: zafl/cmplog vmf support

• cmplog instrumentation compatible with both afl++ and VMF
• supports both the old handshaking startup protocol (afl++ <= 4.2) and the new handshaking protocol (afl++ > 4.2)
• basic functionality tests of zafl+cmplog (includes off the deployed image)
• verify VMF+zafl/cmplog finds crashing input on magicbytes
• zafl.sh --enable-cmplog automatically enables new afl++ handshake protocol
