Added libElfDep for editing library dependencies, got talbes, etc. added... 

Added libElfDep for editing library dependencies, got talbes, etc.  added transofrm add_lib to test libElfDep, and added another flag to mvoe_globals (--elftables,-e) as an alias for --cfi for clarity
