changed to get rid of peasoup examples by moving tests and tools out of there, had to fix env.  peasoup_home and peasuop_umbrella_dir now match

added no-pie and no-PIC flags for newer machines that default to something othr than what zipr actually wants

Moved libpebliss into the third party directory where it belongs.  Further, made it a submodule.  The repo points at git.z-s.com, but it's a clone of something from github.  the clone is so we can have a few of our own files, such as .gitignore

updated gitattribs to no-recurse the new location of capstone, removed odd eol attribute I don't understand.
