When trying to execute `make install` inside the go binding sample, the output shows an error that is specified by guitmz in issue #363 

Adding the missing cgo LDFLAGS resolves this issue.

update bindings to add KS_OPT_SYM_RESOLVER. Python binding now supports this option. see sample.py for example

- 'beta' and renaming is unnecessary

- Currently can't building because not found const variables

- panic built-in function is always exist of program. Remove else and
  export 'ks' variable in the main function
