2. Fixed adding sections to PE files with last section non-aligned
3. add_section preserves section virtual address if there's no sections in PE file
4. add_section set_number_of_sections fixed
5. rebuild_pe - added option to turn off automatical SizeOfHeaders calculation
6. rebuild_imports fixed for non-zero import data position inside of the section

Converted all samples with russian comments to UTF-8
